Monday Run Day

I can give myself a little "check" next to my first scheduled training run for A1A: 3 miles.

1: 9:33
2: 9:43
3: 9:32

Total Time: 28:49

Some cool weather blew in last night, and even this afternoon, when I ran, it was only in the mid 60s. It's glorious to have more pleasant temps -- I can turn off the AC, open windows in the house, and it's not too shabby for running either.

Not too shabby. It is quite nice with the cool weather. I bet it put a little bounce in your run :)

Mid 60s? There must be a run on winter parkas down there!! LOL Now all you need replaying in your head is, "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas..."

(you're welcome)

Nice looking run there. That sounds like lovely winter weather. Glad you've got a running plan in place... I think they make all the difference in consistency.

I'm so jealous. This morning it was 21 degrees with a windchill of 12 degrees here in Toronto - and it is a warmer day!! I hate winter! You are so lucky!
