Easy 3

After struggling through runs all last week, I seemed to have a fresh burst of energy for this evening's 3 miler (28:35), which felt...dare I say it? Well, it felt easy. And after looking at the numbers when I finished, I'm sure I could have pushed a little harder, but as it was, the 9:30 pace felt comfortable.

Karma will probably bitch-slap me for the above statement, but I guess I'll just have to deal with that later. For now, it's nice to have a run that feels good and effortless.

I'd love to run an 'easy' three and find out that it was that pace!

Good job. :)

I love runs like that. :)

I agree with Wes' comment. You will feel like you are at peak when the temperature starts to drop.

See, all those crappy runs make you appreciate a good one!

Enjoy what the universe gives you! Once you get some nicer, non stormy weather, you'll love your running!

great job on the run chica! i'm boycotting exercise so far this week-got an attack of laziness.

Love the new vehicle! You definitely deserve it...although it is tough to get rid of the old model. I got sad when I gave up my Sunbird to get the Focus. I'm sure you are loving the new ride!
