I'd love to try to meet at the Disney 10K! My pace is usually around 9:30 or so when I race, but it may be a little bit better than that, possibly. I haven't done a race since the HM I did in December, and my pace is always a bit slower in longer races (finished HM in 2:11).

Real bowling balls have a gyroscope in it that keeps the ball between pins one and two :-)
