Lethargic 3

The last two days have been very busy -- and this afternoon I felt beat and pretty much done with whole "return from break" thing. So, when I set out for the evening's 3 miler, I was NOT feeling it. I got out there. I got it done. And, yes, I felt better afterward for having done it. But some days? They don't feel like run days.

It may have been lethargic but damn you were consistent.

Pretty good lethargic three. A shot of endorphins will always do ya good :-)

All sub-10... I don't think I would have a problem with that! :)

Little Miss Consistent strikes again!

Way to stick it out even when you didn't want to; sometimes I swear those days help more than the long runs!

One more run deposited to the mental toughness vault!

I'm so envious, I just couldn't get out there tonight. Way to go!

Awesome job, Jess. You're running right along these days. Way to motivate others - like me - I need it!

Dang! You're looking good out there. Keep on truckin'!

those splits don't seem lethargic... hope today is a better day.

Man, I agree with the others; that looks like a dreadmill run from the consistent pace. And it's not shabby of a pace, either. I have the same runs often, where I just don't want to do them, but reflecting back I'm glad I did and it turns out to be a decent run.

I just wanted to let you know that I just came across your blog, and loved the 21 days idea!

I'm on day 3! : )

You are consistant and FAST, I wish I could kick 3 out in under 30 minutes, with time to spare.

I'm feelin' it too. I can't seem to pick up my pace and feel like my short runs are super long. What is going on? Maybe the planets have shifted and we have more gravity pulling us.

And btw, your runs make my runs look crappier than EVER!
