Today, I was gonna focus on doing a short, slow recovery run. But the right elements -- perfect weather, rockin' tunes, and feeling well-rested -- all collided this evening to create a great run. I still kept it short, but for me, it was not slow.
Total Time: 27:03
Folks, you're pretty much lookin' at the digits of a speeding bullet.
Is it a bird, NO. Is it a plane, NO. Its Super Jess. Great Job on a rocking run. As for the tunes, what were you listening to? Enquiring minds want to know.
Damn, you must be feeling better!
Aren't the days when everything seems to be perfect the best! Great job on your run.
Nice job, Super Jess!
I had a recovery run planned today and I definitely utilized it; my legs were DEMOLISHED after yesterday's tempo run!

Just make sure you don't put you panties on over your tights!
I MUST know what you were rocking to....I need some serious speed help! :P
Very nice run. Seems like you are back in action and recovered.
Bam! You're hot :-) Evidently being under the weather stoked your engines!!!
All of us in Minnesota were wondering what that sonic boom sound was. Helluva job!
Dammmnnn! Can I make a request for your DNA? I'm still sick, sick, sicky :-(
SWEET! You're back baby!
Nice job rocking that run! Look at those splits!
Run, forest run!! I loved reading your prelude to the blog...that you started with just 21 days and now you need intervention. Makes me think of Forest Gump movie. I hope to do my first sprint triathlon, so I'm learning how to increase in the running too...
Yeah, can I too have some DNA... I still have this crappy cold.
Jess, a "wow" on that run. That's speeding bullet, for sure. Very good!!!!
