Even though I was really tired last night, I still managed to drag myself outside and fit in a two mile run. It felt pretty good, but my knee ached again, which is poopy. Does anyone have a magic wand on hand that will magically make that issue disappear?

Hey Jess, sorry about the knee. I will keep you in the loop as to what the three weeks off works for me. I am also seeing a PT twice a week right now. I have also heard good things about A.R.T. Painfuly crying things, but good things.

I hope the knee thing isn't too serious. Take care of it...and listen to your body!
I am no expert, but have you considered having someone review your running form to help with your knee problem, because in a previous photo of you running it looked like you were extending your leg far out in front which might cause you to heel strike and put additional stress on your knee.

ouchie! i hope your knee feels better soon. Are you doing lots of ice? Bio-Freeze may help as well.
Ugh, I wish I had that magic wand! I would make all of our ouchies go away!
