Two Months

Caleb is two months old now, and while I don't know his official measurements (his dr. check up is this Friday), I do know that he's a BIG dude.  I think he's roughly 15 lbs.  And, somewhere around the height of Godzilla himself.  All of which makes carting him around for most of the day quite the strength workout for me!
I think that, at 2 months, his neck strength isn't what it should be, but 9 times out of 10 when I put him on the floor for tummy time, he literally falls asleep.  Like this:

 Or this:
Maybe he just has a giant, heavy head and it's too hard to hold up.  Or, he's a bit on the lazy side.  Either way, I figure eventually he'll have to hold it up!

He's so cute! My second baby was a chunk-a-monk. Now at 2.5 years old he outweighs his 4.5 year old brother. He eventually got the head holding thing down too ;)

TWO months!? Wow, time is going fast.

Meh, he'll figure out the head thing. If not, there are always those halo things to hold it up.

He's cute. I'm sure he'll eventually figure out the head thing. Although I think I would prefer to just lay down like that too.

Ha! That is exactly how our little Boden was on the tummy!! Caleb is adorable and he doesn't quite look that big to me in the pics but I will take your word for it! I am sure you bicep on your carrying arm is pretty strong ;)

What an adorable chunk! Sometimes bigger babies are just a bit slower on the milestones, just because there's more of them to move/hold up, etc.

(I love the chubby baby stage. I wish someone would tell me *my* chubby thighs were adorable LOL)

He could crush my Willa! ;) she's practically twice his age & half his size. I'm sure he'll hold his head up any day now. I imagine it's hard work for a baby.

Wow, he really does look big ... and I have big kids. Not like big as in giant baby, but big as in he looks like he is 4-5 months old in those pics ;)
