Crappy Run

This evening I ran the crappiest 3 miler I've had in a long time. And to say that I "ran" it is a bit of an exaggeration since I ended up taking a lot of walk breaks.

No one particular thing wrong, I just felt tired and the whole thing felt like a HUGE effort.

Oh well, got it done, and hopefully, this means a really great run is just around the corner.

Hey, you got it done, and that counts for something.

I was worried it would be literally "crappy"! Ha! At least you went out there and ran when it felt horrible, that is sometimes worth more than running well!

I know that crappy runs happen, but you know what? I am putting this all on Norah. Who does she think she is? An attitude already? Man, the little one is just a step away from "Wait until your daddy get's home...

Bad runs happen and when they do it sucks. But, hey you are out there moving while many people are on the couch watching tv.

Crappy runs are what make the great runs so much more enjoyable.

I'm sorry about your crappy run. I can't find your email because I'm an idiot and deleted my inbox without checking to see what I needed...we still on for tomorrow right?

We all have good and bad days of running. It could be the heat and the humidity taking a toll on you. Oh, there will be good days of running ahead for ya.
