- My blood pressure is still good: 110/70.
- I gained another 3 lbs since my last visit, so I am up 14 lbs overall.
- And Norah's heartbeat was again strong and healthy.
Other than doctor visits today for both Scooter and I, I went for a nice 3 mile run this evening. I haven't had a chance to run since Saturday, and I don't usually like to allow more than 2 days between runs, but I've just had stuff going on the past few evenings, so tonight I was anxious to lace up and get out there. It was hot and humid, and I was one sweaty monkey afterward. But it was a good sweat, you know?

You look awesome! I hope that whenever I have kids (in the very distant future) that I'll be able to run while pregnant so it helps to see that it IS doable if you're not Paula Radcliffe.

Can you count all the doctor visits as cross-training? Or at least all the checks you have to write for the copays?
