3 Instead of 4

Tonight, I did not go the "extra mile": instead of doing the 4 I originally planned, I just did 3. Eh. I got out there and was like, "Ya know, I really feel like turning around at the 1.5 mile marker." So I did.

1: 9:30
2: 9:41
3: 9:31

Total Time: 28:44

Yeah, not so speedy, but I'll take it. I think I'm still pooped from my trip and from getting re-aquainted with the home and work fronts.

That's the good thing about not being tied down to a plan (sometimes), is that you don't feel as bad when turning around before you originally planned. No biggie. You're out there doing it! and to me, it's speedy.

Do you run on a trail or what? Markers?

At least you got out there!

I remember when I would take a few days off of skating or a week and then go back. It's amazing how quickly things can change that you have to build back up to.

Nah... You're still speedy, even when you're off :-)

Nothing wrong with that :-) You got and there and did something, right? And that's all that counts.

If that's what you call 'not so speedy', I would take that any day!

Yep, it's easy to drop a mile now and then...

It is not always about speed. Nice run at an even pace.

You could have sat around in your bathrobe and slippers eating ice cream out of the carton, so no biggie about one less mile. Hope you enjoy your weekend!

I'm so out of it. I struggled with my 3 the other day. I think someone put brinks in my sneakers!

Three is better than two.
Keep it up.
