Recovery

Did my recovery 3, and they were superb miles -- the difference in de-congestion is remarkable; when I can breathe well, I run well.

The furniture re-arranging, etc is still in progress, so no pictures yet. This involves reconfiguring where the TV and stereo are, and that involves a lot of wiring, and so Jerry has been busy all evening attaching things. All I'm aware of is that there a lot of wires.

And while he's busy doing that...I'm drinking my Cinco de Mayo Corona!

We did cinco before I left and the guac was to die for. Glad you had great miles. I got to run along the Charles River in Boston today, the feet are barking, but I don't really care. It was a fun one.

Take care and have a good week!!

I KNOW you kept a few Coronas for Jerry, right? Rewiring family room = at least 4 Coronas.

I guess I won't need to call Ty Pennington for a makeover at your place. Hope you put some lime in those Corona beer! I have a hunch that your room will look like the cover of Pottery Barn store.

Great your recovery run went well and full of breathing. LOL @ wires. My hubby call that a cluster f of wires. It can drive a person insane.
