Because I actually got up this morning and ran. Yes, that's right. I did it. 3 miles. That's what was on the schedule, so I feel on track today, and it's a good thing I got it done this morning; otherwise, I won't get home until late tonight from class and I know won't run then (I will be tired, I know it, and my brain will be goo).
I also picked up Hal Higdon's "Marathon" book yesterday. Read the first few pages. Makes me feel like a legitimate runner!

I would rather give you a kick in the butt, but I suppose a pat on the back is warranted. I would feel better about my training for the 5k, if you would completely stop your training for the 5k. Tell me about this book. How exactly does it help you run? Is it something you wear? Do you strap it on your back like a fin? Wear it like a hat for better downforce? I am intrigued, I always though books were for reading. I am going to but 5 copies of this book and wear them all. Then I will definetly be faster.
when's viagra jerry going to get a blog so I can keep up with all the bemidji ex patriats down in Florida?
Probably as soon as hell freezes over...which would be a good thing, because that would mean I would be dating Cindy Crawford.
