I get weekly emails from both BabyCenter.com and from PregnancyWeekly.com, and for this morning's update, marking 31 weeks, from PregnancyWeekly, one point of discussion was running while pregnant. And guess what it said? It said, "Go ahead!" Basically, it outlined all the safety precautions a pregnant woman should be aware of, and it said that she may experience various levels of discomfort, but it said basically the same thing as most other resources: If you did it before you were pregnant, it's safe to continue doing throughout your pregnancy, even at this stage.
I know this, but it's good to have it reinforced from time to time by the sort of resources that I know thousands, maybe millions, of women are referring to.
Of course, the article referred to running as "jogging" -- a term most runners dislike (myself included, but why? I really don't know; I guess it makes it sound so recreational? so 1970s?) -- but aside from that, I was pleased with it.

Affirmation from Jamoosh:
It's OK to jog while pregnant.
Keep it up, you are doing great!
I can understand the need for reassurance now and then. I really think your post-partum body is going to thank you for being so active through your pregnancy.
Run for all of the mommies-to-be! I miss it SO much - especially with the weather being so nice, finally! :)
As always, you're waaaay ahead of the game. :o)
I don't like the term jogging either. sounds slow. :)
We dislike it because we're 'runners'....
I'm glad it confirmed things for you... although listening to your own body is still the best advice I think.
I like your latest pic- with your belly button! TOO FUNNY~!
You're doing everythin great! Keep it up!
You're so cutting edge. ;o)
Glad you got some reassurance. WTG keeping up with the running~
I am a mean jogger. You go, pregnant lady :-)
Spot on with the "jogging" term. I don't like it. No idea why.
