32 Weeks

That's 8 months along, yo! Of course, this is where the actual duration of pregnancy gets deceiving -- we all kind of think of pregnancy as being 9 calendar months, but because it's 40 weeks, it's really closer to 10 -- so I'm like "yay, almost there!" but on the other hand, I'm still like "man, another 8 weeks?"

So, what's it like at 8 months preggo?

Uncomfortable.

No one position feels all that good for very long, I really haven't been sleeping very well (especially in this past week), I eat half a sandwich and feel full but then am hungry an hour later, I just have to look at something like a hamburger and I get heartburn, and I have to pee about every half an hour.

Of course, there are many things I can't complain about. Despite having just about every "symptom" of pregnancy throughout, nothing has been abnormal, and I have remained healthy and the baby has been healthy, and really, what more could I ask for?

Except that maybe she'll come about a week early. Can I ask for that?

I'll take a week early too. Who can we talk to about that? :) Though - that would mean my bambino would be here in 2 weeks and I am not sure that I am ready. HAH!

Apparently both my sister and I were two weeks early. We weren't missing any appendages, toenails or hair, so I think I can safely wish you a similar birth.

I can't believe it's almost d-day for you. It feels like you just announced you were pregnant yesterday.

My first came two weeks early, my second came a day late. You just never know....she will come when she's ready.

Baby Norah, I can't wait to see you!

This is the time mother nature starts making you think "Let's have this baby." It's the nice way of prepping you for labor. These 8 weeks will fly by fast and I think you will deliver early. Just hope for any time past the 37th week because that's considered full term.

My wife was begging for a week early with our first then he was a week late and they had to make him come out. She was glad our second was two weeks early.

My sister had her little girl a week early so you may get lucky too!

The last couple months are the most uncomfortable but enjoy them anyhow 'cause it is still the most freedom you will have for a long while.
See you soon baby Norah!

Hang in there! It'll be over before you know it! Jones had to be induced, but Shoo came two weeks before my due date, with no hints it was going to happen until my water broke.

i should mention that my girls came 4 weeks early and 2 weeks early, respectively. 36 weeks is considered full term, at least by south carolina doctor standards. So you're almost there! hang in there, you're doing great!
