Despite the fact that I've had site meter on my blog for about 20 months (so not since the blog's inception, but for more than half of its lifetime), I rarely pay much attention to the info that is sent to me via site meter once a week. Yeah, it's kinda neat to know how people find the blog using searches through Google; however, unlike Marcy, I've never had someone find my blog by searching for "stripper boots," so it's never struck me as all that interesting.
But tonight, I was kinda bored, so I was looking at all the info provided to track you guys and see when you visit, for how long, how you got here, where you live (what TV show you're currently watching, what porn is on your computer, etc -- you know, all that I need to know about you). Most of the traffic was what I know, since 99% of you who visit leave a comment, but I was surprised to see how many of you lurkers are out there.
It's okay. I don't judge. Look all you want; you don't have to leave a comment. But I know you're there. I see you! Bwaaa-haaa-haaa! (Sorry, that was my best attempt at a typed evil laugh.)

So did Site-Meter also tell you that I would finally post a comment?!
Have any great Google searches? I have a new favorite for my own. If you Google "feel like I'm PMSing all the time," my blog comes up as the third result.
I'm really proud of that one! Me and Marcy should have a competition.
I admit, I lurk. But I think it's time I stop. :)
I'm jealous - what is site meter?
Buahhh ahhh ahhh! hehehe! Too funny!
I have a few regular lurkers in my area that freak me out. I am like what in the world are you finding so darn interesting. LOL
I think we should all say stripper boots three times to boost your lurker power.
stripper boots
stripper boots
stripper boots
(that's 4!!)
I never have any good ones. Lots of non-runner searches, to be expected. :D
I'm so not techy, I don't even know what this blog means. ha ha.
um.....gotta go!
well, because I keep commenting here the lurking is a chain reaction and a lot of people get to me through you...
I, of course, look at sitemeter so I knew this already...being a little compulsive and all.
I wanna know how to find out all that info....
sorry.. i am one of the lurkers on your blog. i am japanese who happened to find this blog last year. since then, i've sometimes been reading for my english studies. at first i found your blog hard for me to understand but now i understand a lot.i think i am improving my enlgish here so i have to say "thanks a lot^^" and your blog is very interesting for me so i can't stop reading it but if you feel any uncomfortable, i will leave here. sorry..
Oh Noble-learning english through our nonsense. Half the time I don't know what Jess is talking about and she IS an English teacher!
i paid attention to site meter for the first two weeks that I had it, now I never look at the stats.
but now i think I just might...
i will leave first comment ever so here goes sorry for being lurk but lurk is my favorite thing to be i just really mean that twenty one is my favorite number and that's why i like your site because you have a big twenty one and it's good luck so sometimes i just stare for hours at your big twenty one for luck
I can barely understand the Google analytics site meter. Too many freaking graphs and conversion numbers.
Oh, btw - how do you like my midget donkey songbird hot oil jello wrestling peanut butter strap fetish sites? Pretty kickass, I know.
I am a lurker, then come back to leave comments. Guess you know that now... I love to read ya'lls blogs, then when I have about 20-30 min of free time, leave comments for everyone. I guess that can be kinda weird.
I keep waiting for the google feature to turn up some kooky search (stripper boots, awesome), but all I've got so far is "built-in mittens" and "running top." Guess I should add some spice?
An evil laugh would be "muahahahahahahahaa" sounds more evil yah? I know how you feel, I have about 6 to 8 regulars on my blog who make comments and about 20 to 30 visitors a day...
Yeah, I admit, I am a lurker! I used to post comments on some tri-blogs and mommy blogs that I read, but I found that they never respond or visit my site, so I said screw it! Yours is not one of those though. I've never commented here. My blog is mostly dogs and quilting, but I do some sprint tris and so find other running/tri sites inspirational. I'll have to try site meter myself.
OMG! I can't believe you see how often I stalk ppl's blogs! how embarrassing! Seriously, whenever I get annoyed at work, I go through a list of like 10 blogs and just see if there are any updates to read to get my mind off things for a minute... some days, this happens like 5 or 6 times per day! How FUNNY! Okay, now you know... lol!
How do I get site-meter?
I've been reading your blog for several months now and must say that it is one of my favorites. Thank you for sharing your wonderful writing.
