My family arrived safely and on time yesterday, we enjoyed a nice dinner out, and then spent a relaxing evening chatting and catching up.
But this morning when my alarm went off at 5:20 for my planned run, do you think I got up? No, no I did not. I shut it off and went back to sleep for another hour. No run. Dang my lack of willpower!

Shame on you! We got up at 5 and biked. It was a hot mother out there this morning and I seriously contemplated going back to bed. The family visiting excuse was supposed to help your morning runs, not be an excuse not to run!
If it makes you feel any better, I would have done the same thing...any day of the week!
Get out there NOW!
Eh, sometimes we all just need a day to sleep! :o)
Sometimes family and rest is more important. But tomorrow you better get out there. ;>)
I would have gone back to sleep as well! Don't be too hard on yourself!
I hear you. I'm terrible about getting up in the morning.
It was miserable outside - better that you got some sleep and enjoyed the time with the family.
eh, it happens. you have the rest of the day to make up for it.
hhh it's totally cool, just do it later ;D
Thanks for the spell-checker, Jess.

I fixed it. :-)
Ehhh... no worries. Your family is in town and it's really important for you to take some time with them. If that means missing a run, it's not gonna hurt ya!
Hope you are having a nice time! Are you still going bowling tomorrow night? :-)
