Because it feels like August here!
This week has been sweltering, with highs each day reaching into the 90s. Not great running weather. On both Tuesday and Wednesday's runs, the "feel like" temp was hovering around 98 when I went out at 7 pm, and needless to say, both were very sweaty runs. And yes, it's a touch cooler when I manage to get out of bed and do a run in the morning, but on Monday's AM run, it was "only" 78...with 81% humidity. Yeeeeaaaahhhhh...
Today I'm taking a rest day, which is good timing because it's forecast to be another scorcher today with noon temps predicted to get as high as 1o2!
Anyone want to trade weather?

Some people have summer homes or winter homes, I need different running homes so I can pursue cool temperatures!
I'm only one state above you (GA) and it definitely feels like fall here.

We were just viewing the Clearwater webcam and noticing the weather temps...unbelievable how humid the weather is for you...enjoy your day off.
I don't want to trade weather with you until its like 15 degrees here and only 70 in FL lol.
No trade. Love me the Midwest. Gotta say I spent a couple weeks in Florida in early August (helping sick in-laws) and running at 5 AM was pretty much the only way I could stand it, if that is any motivation. :)
No thanks, I'm loving my 41-50F temps right now... but you would probably freeze!
I feel so sorry for you. I am always complaining about the weather because I am a runner. Are you in love with this Florida state? Or is this gonna be home for a while...if it isn't, we got lots of room for you in California! :)

it's been sooo chilly here in AZ. I hate to even tell people that b/c then they think I'm crazy.
On my bike ride in yesterday morning, I wore gloves!
It feels good and I'm not complaining, but perhaps we need to share some of the coolness with FL?

We're having the complete opposite, and I've been complaining about that, but can't say I want to trade . . . That's steamy weather!
YUCK i am not jealous! it has finally cooled off here the last couple weeks... fall needs to find its way to florida!

the weather has been crazy here. 50 one day, 90 the next, back to 50, back to 90. jeesh.
It's terrible! I am so done with this heat, I cannot believe it's October! I hope it cools down soon, because I am craving an outdoor run so badly, but I refuse to do one unless it's no higher than the 60's. So, yes, it's been months since I've run outside!

Sure, I'll definitely trade! It is 18F and snowing here at the moment. We completely bypassed fall and moved straight to winter!
raleigh is definitely hotter than greenville was. still getting into the 80's here, 70's in SC. geez, i can't catch a break either.
