Because tonight, after a 3 month hiatus, I ran 3 miles! Ran it all. No walking. And all I have to say is that it was great! Maybe one of the best runs ever.
Oh!! I am so jealous! hahaa... I would love to get out there and run right about now! I just walked my neighborhood that is all hill with Elias in the Bob running stroller for 45 mins. and I had some cramping afterward, I think 2 weeks post delivery I should have started a bit slower. Anyways, your news on your run is AWESOME!! I know that feeling when you have a great run it is so refreshing!
