Activity Gym

Yesterday, Jerry, Norah and I were out running a few errands, and we had to stop by Buy Buy Baby for a few necessities, and of course, we came across a non-necessity: It's so bright it almost hurts my eyes, and it plays this incredibly annoying music, yet I think I like it more than Norah does. I just want to play with all the little dangly toys!
That's not a very excited baby face, but I actually do think she likes it. Or, at least, I pretend she does. She seems to enjoy looking at the banana anyway.

I think at her age, that IS the excited baby face! That's about the extent of facial expressions unless they're pooping or about to barf.

She's such a darling!

Holy stimulation! They have the best baby play mats and activity sets! I'm sure Norah will love it even more (and maybe show it a little) as she gets older... hopefully before she start srolling away from it!

You'll never have money for new running gear ever again. The toys just keep getting more expensive and "necessary." And I'm just an uncle.

Oh, she'll definitely love it in a few months!

Cute pics!

Cute toy! I have to say that most toys play annoying music, but you get used to it after awhile and grow to like it because your kid loves it!

Just like her Mom. Looking at the banana is what got you into this mess.

Adorable. My daughter had one and loved it. Yes, the music can be annoying, but now, almost 6 years later, and I tear up when I hear the music!

I love the colors! My mom is an art teacher and quilter, and she makes baby blankets frequently. They are almost always super bright colors and bold patterns - they are supposed to accelerate vision and mental development :)

She looks wicked excited, don't fool yourself! Ha! She is changing so much all the time - just adorable. BTW, little late on my blog reading, but I loved all the cute pics from Nora's first parties! :)

She'll get it in time, from experience some toys take time to be acclimatized to

my kids hated that thing. I think it freaked them out. We just put them in a box. They liked the friendly confines of it.

Believe me, you have invested in good toys. Those stuff are very stimulating for Norah. That is a big plus !

That is a bright one but I bet she'll love it! Morgan has one and she scoots herself around the thing looking for the crazy monkey.

Is it bad to admit that I LOVED lying on those mat-thingys looking up at all the colorful toys...even more than my kids ever did?

She is so darn cute!
