Christmas Eve Eve 3 Miler
After having a few days that were a bit chilly by SoFlo standards, today was the PERFECT day: Low 70s, low humidity, sunny, clear, light breeze -- seriously, that is sublime weather. So, this evening, I went for a quick 3 miler around 5 pm, and with the sun setting, it was really my idea of the perfect evening for a short run. I didn't bring the Garmin; instead, I just listened to my tunes and enjoyed the evening air -- not many of us get to run in shorts this time of year and it's this season that makes me feel lucky to be running in FL. Good run. Good, good run.

After reading this I stood in front of my window looking at the 15inches of snow on my lawn. I wish I was there :(
70s. Sigh. Glad you had a great run!
I'm so jealous!! I ran 4 on the treadmill because I couldn't run until dusk and I was afraid I'd slip on all the ice we still have.
Ha, 70s I remember those summer days!!! Have a great holiday...
Your post scared the crap out of me this morning. I didn't read the title closely enough, and thought I lost a day somewhere. I was waiting for my 7 and 8 year old to come barging through the bedroom door. Then I noticed, it was Christmas Eve EVE !
70's? Seriously? I really need to move to Florida...
Have a great Christmas...
Merry Christmas from the Running Gods!
Good! Merry Christmas :-)
That must have been a good, good run, indeed.
Have a Merry Christmas and enjoy those wonderful temps!
