Seven Mile Sunday

This morning's 7 miler didn't go that great. First of all, I forgot to hit "start" on the Garmin, and I didn't notice until I was over a mile into the run; then, I didn't bring water with me because I was counting on drinking from a water fountain that's located in the park I run through, but when I got there, I discovered that the water fountain had been torn out. So, no water at all for 7 miles, and it was pretty warm out there. By the end, I was VERY thirsty.

But however sucky the run was, I still got it done, and when I got home, I showered and got to snuggle my "Bug," who was in a smiley, happy mood. Plus, Jerry actually dressed her in clothes this morning!

Great job on the 7 miles. I hate it when I forget to start (or stop) my Garmin happens about once a month for me.

The group I run with did 7 miles yesterday. I have a fuel belt with water bottles...and lost one of the bottles on a 4.2 mile run the other day! So I know how you feel, not being able to quench that thirst.

And your daughter is adorable!

I have yet to budget the Garmin into my running life. Trying Nike+ for now.

Sorry your 7 miles weren't dreamy - I get so mad at myself when I forget to hit start on my Garmin!

Great picture!

Sometimes it's nice to run without all the tech support. Just knowing you got those miles in.

Those darn Garmins! Great job on the run- boy 7 miles is a long way to go without a drink! They tore out a water fountain at one my favorite parks too...what a bummer. Hope this isn't a trend.

Cute picture-I still want to squeeze her cute little cheeks!

Aww cute!

We wish Rylee was in a happy, smiley mood - she has been so miserable with her new teeth coming in.

That Garmin snafu would have done me in, I get so off when it isn't working or I forget to start it. Great job getting your 7 done!
