I didn't bring a watch or the Garmin for my 3 miles tonight, but I gotta say, I felt frickin FAST. I swear that to passersby, I was just a blur, much like the Road Runner as he speeds away from that darn Coyote.I'm tellin ya, not even an Acme Anvil coulda slowed me tonight.

The Garmin is a great training aid, but sometimes I think it is a leash holding us back. Congrats on such a "fun" run and setting your spirit free :-)
