AM Triumph!

I hope you're sitting down for this folks: Yes, I actually ran this morning! I did 3 miles like so:

1: 11:26
2: 10:49
3: 11:05

Time: 33:21

A little on the slow side, but clearly, I am allowed to blame the early hour for that, right? The brain might have been awake, but the body was still like, "Um, really? You wanna do what at this hour?"

Normally I am faster in the mornings. Of course, I could be the exception and not the rule. The important thing is that you were out htere.

    Rock on!

  2. Good job getting out there! It took my body quite a while to figure out speed in the morning. Of course, I only run in the morning one day a week so that might have something to do with it.

  11. Yeah for getting out there! Doesn't it feel good to have it all done for the day? (something I have yet to experience for myself!) :)

  15. Shoot, you got up and ran! No matter what the speed, that's better than me. I fantasize about one day being an early-morning-runner and getting out before the crack of dawn. But it's pretty much not happening.

    Hi
I just stumbled upon your site as I was looking for some motivation to break some of my own bad habits in 21 days.

I am happy for you and wish you good luck in your accidentally discovered passion for running.
