24 Weeks

    Congrats! I am a relatively new runner and my 1st son is about to turn 1.

    I came across your blog as part of my training research.

    I'm a comedian in NYC, and I have run two marathons and I am looking to run my first ultra within one year.

    Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I'm documenting my progress in my blog also, so any advice you may have on promoting a running blog would also be great.
