After struggling through runs all last week, I seemed to have a fresh burst of energy for this evening's 3 miler (28:35), which felt...dare I say it? Well, it felt easy. And after looking at the numbers when I finished, I'm sure I could have pushed a little harder, but as it was, the 9:30 pace felt comfortable.
Karma will probably bitch-slap me for the above statement, but I guess I'll just have to deal with that later. For now, it's nice to have a run that feels good and effortless.
I'd love to run an 'easy' three and find out that it was that pace!
ReplyDeleteGood job. :)

ReplyDeletewhen it gets cooler, you're gonna be unstoppable :-)
ReplyDeleteNicely done!
ReplyDeleteI love runs like that. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Wes' comment. You will feel like you are at peak when the temperature starts to drop.
ReplyDeleteThats a good pace for some easy miles
ReplyDeleteAhhhh I love those days. Too bad they are few and far between for me LOL
ReplyDeleteSee, all those crappy runs make you appreciate a good one!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy what the universe gives you! Once you get some nicer, non stormy weather, you'll love your running!
ReplyDeleteNice job on the easy three!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it great when runs are nice and easy! Enjoy it!
ReplyDeletegreat job on the run chica! i'm boycotting exercise so far this week-got an attack of laziness.
ReplyDeleteLove the new vehicle! You definitely deserve it...although it is tough to get rid of the old model. I got sad when I gave up my Sunbird to get the Focus. I'm sure you are loving the new ride!
