Lethargic 3

The last two days have been very busy -- and this afternoon I felt beat and pretty much done with whole "return from break" thing. So, when I set out for the evening's 3 miler, I was NOT feeling it. I got out there. I got it done. And, yes, I felt better afterward for having done it. But some days? They don't feel like run days.

  5. Way to stick it out even when you didn't want to; sometimes I swear those days help more than the long runs!

One more run deposited to the mental toughness vault!

  10. Man, I agree with the others; that looks like a dreadmill run from the consistent pace. And it's not shabby of a pace, either. I have the same runs often, where I just don't want to do them, but reflecting back I'm glad I did and it turns out to be a decent run.

  15. I'm feelin' it too. I can't seem to pick up my pace and feel like my short runs are super long. What is going on? Maybe the planets have shifted and we have more gravity pulling us.

And btw, your runs make my runs look crappier than EVER!
