So you wake up at 5:30am to walk the dog, but you don't run in the AM. I'm one of those people that can't fall back asleep once I'm up, so I guess I don't understand...
WS: Yeah, I am contradictory. I'll get up with Scooter, take him out, come back in and go right back to bed. It helps that Scooter also returns to bed as well. On weekends, he and I sleep in until 9 or 10.
