Blogging and I need a break. I don't know if I'll be absent for a few days, few weeks, or few months, but I've decided that I'm gonna be MIA for a spell.
There's no particular reason, but I suppose after nearly 5 and 1/2 years of blogging, I've grown a bit weary of it, and it's been difficult to drum up enough enthusiasm for it to make it a meaningful investment of my time. So, I figure a little sabbatical is in order.
Toodles!
Jess
Enjoy the break.
ReplyDeleteCompletely understandable. Do what's best for you and your family.
ReplyDeleteVery understandable - I feel you! I'm almost there myself!
ReplyDeleteWe will miss you. Good luck with the pregnancy!!!

ReplyDeleteA 21 day salute(I so wanted to say puke) to U!
ReplyDeleteWhy are you reading this? I thought your ass was taking a break from blogging? Hmmmph.
ReplyDeleteNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
ReplyDeleteTake care!
ReplyDeleteI hear ya. Hopefully you can find time to post some of those adorable Norah pics once in a while. Rylee loves looking at the blog photos.
ReplyDeleteI'll miss you! I've really enjoyed following your blog the past (almost) two years! I'm sure it's a big commitment though so I get why a break is necessary. Hoping for an update on you and the fam at least when baby 2 arrives.
ReplyDeleteYou'll be missed, but of course we understand! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the broke. I'm hoping it won't be for too long!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your break.
ReplyDeletei will certainly miss your posts, but i understand the need for a break. i hope you're feeling better--i just posted about my own pregnancy & how it has basically wiped out my running. i can honestly say i know exactly how you feel re: the nausea. ick! hope you come back soon!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the break Jess! I have been on break and it has been nice and enjoyable. Enjoy!!! Let us know how things go with baby #2!!
ReplyDeleteI'll miss you, but I've never understood how you were able to teach, be a mom, read all those books, run AND post as often as you do.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the break...you've earned it!
Enjoy your time away, we'll still be here when you get back.
ReplyDeleteI know that my break made me feel soooo much better!!
Take good care of yourself and your wonderful little family!
Enjoy the break :)
ReplyDeleteOh, poo. I do so enjoy reading your blog. I just had my second baby and your blog helped motivate me to run up to 40 weeks. There are just not that many prego athletic bloggers out there like you! It made all the difference coming back to running postpartum. Best of luck and hope you come back soon.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering what you were up to! Understandable. Hope you and your family are doing well!
ReplyDeleteno pressure, but you are missed!
ReplyDeleteYou will be missed. I basically stopped my "fitness" blog, and you are one of the few from my old blogroll who are still blogging.
ReplyDeleteI have another blog I have been posting faithfully, daily, on for over 5 years and it does make a person a bit nuts.
Enjoy your time off! I am just getting back into the swing of things, and just like anything else, I am trying to make a habit of it now that I WANT to be back. Hope to hear from you soon, enjoy the holidays!
