This afternoon, I ran 4 miles under clear, sunny skies and 80 degree temps. Perfect weather for sitting on the porch with a beer.
But for running? A bit too hot and I'm glad I remembered sunscreen beforehand. It was 30 SPF but I still had some tan lines afterward. Pretty certain the sun will be my ultimate demise.
Finished in 37:48.
That's all I have to say about that.

Nice job! We went to a baseball game last week. I applied SPF50 beforehand then while sitting there, a colleague had SPF70 and I reapplied that. I was still pink!
