Mile 1: 11:37
Mile 2: 11:41
Mile 3: 11:48
For an overall time of 35:04, so that's some improvement already.
Otherwise, I don't have much else to report, and since there have been some recent requests for baby pics, I leave you with a few of these. The picture quality on these isn't great because they were taken with my cell phone camera (it was the only thing nearby at the time), but you will take what I give you and you will be happy. Enjoy.

First!! Hahaha!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the run! Sounds like your legs will be back before you know it!
And Nora is adorable! She is just beautiful! Motherhood suits you! Thanks for sharing!
awwwwwwwwww. she's just soooo cute. enjoy these precious moments.
ReplyDeleteThe one with the two of you is priceless! And the last one...well apparently she was bored.
ReplyDeleteAw, sweet photos. She's getting big already!
ReplyDeleteNice job on the 3-miler! The best part is, you will continually get faster now!
Awww. She looks like you in the second picture!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll get back to your normal speed in no time.
Ha, we take what you give us and yes we enjoy it......
ReplyDeleteThanks for the adorable pictures, and congratulations on the run. (At this rate I calculate you'll be doing 5 minute miles in 8 weeks)
ReplyDeleteBabies are so fun.
ReplyDeleteGosh, with those increases in speed, you'll be running 5 min miles by the end of the year!
Awww, babies yawning or sneezing gets me every time.
ReplyDeleteYour running progress is great, it will all come back soon enough!
ReplyDeleteI plan on starting back @ the gym tonight & I hope to go on my first jog by the weekend! We'll see how long I can run for....
Nice job on the run! Your slow, "post-baby" run is the same pace as my everyday pace. lol
ReplyDeleteI love the pictures!
Good job on the run!! Little improvements on each run will get you right back to where you want to be. Baby yawns are the cutest thing! Thanks for sharing.

ReplyDeleteDont push yourself too much on the time! You just had a baby and your body is still recovering (it actually takes like 9 months or something for all your organs to get back into place...nasty). You will get faster in due time, I promise ;)
