Improved

Tonight's 3 miler was much better than yesterday's 3 miler. What a difference 36 hours can make, right? So, while it wasn't speedy like I'd like, I was able to gradually pick up the pace, and finish under 30 minutes, which when compared to other runs in the past 3 weeks was pretty decent.

1: 10:06
2: 9:47
3: 9:27

Total Time: 29:21

But, now I have to go: I have shiz to do to prep for tomorrow's last day of class, and "Wipeout" is on. Good times, good times.

  1. I know it's hot as hell down there. It is here (today was around 100), and for here - that doesn't happen a lot during the summer. It was crazy humid too. I feel ya pain. You definately doing great though getting out there to do it. That's a nice pace run fo'sho.

  2. Nice run. And...

I LOVE WIPEOUT!!!! There's something about grown adults jumping off of big red balls and falling (head first usually) into the mud! Hahahahahah :)

  3. Do you always try to run the same pace or do you mix it up between speedwork, tempo, distance, etc? Just asking...

  5. Maybe you weren't meant to run in the mornings. I really struggle with it, too. I need a good hour to get my blood moving in my body, get some liquids in me, and start to feel like a human.

    Afternoons? Not a problem.

Wipeout Rocks - even when it is just footage (Although the announcers are not quite as mean as they are on MXC).
