I can totally relate to your pention for the "walrus killer" headaches from having a bit too much alcohol. It took me years to realize that if I drank two waters for every beer/drink I would feel much better.<BR/><BR/>I've tried running to cure a hangover and had some decent results. I think the best thing to do is schedule so many races that you can't take the time to go out and party. I think my neighbors are about to give up on me. The miss the party animal I used to be.
