I rode bike this morning and fel...That is so weird! I rode bike this morning and felt similar but did not succumb to mud butt! I had downed a bottle of H2O and then a a large glass. After my shower I felt a little better but ate breakfast and downed a glass of milk. Felt "woozy" most of the morning. Exercise is evil in general.
