I <I>do not</I> have "skinny" thighs (meaning they certainly touch) and I haven't had an issue with the chub rub yet. I do still bodyglide up, though. but I honestly think it was the shorts bunching up combining with the thigh-rubbing that used to give me such bad inner thigh chafing when I was doing long runs with shorts on. <BR/><BR/>As for the eating... we all have things we like to indulge in, and I definitely think that running gives us the opportunity to indulge in some things without us having to worry about it (i.e., the pounds) so much. sure, it's always a good thing to practice moderation, but if you're giving up the foods, drinks, etc. that you love just because it will "help your running"... well, you're not going to love running all that much after a while.mousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04922291432680567381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13849002.post-1149971501926611532006-06-10T15:31:00.000-05:002006-06-10T15:31:00.000-05:005 reasons???
